If you are wondering what having digital microprocessor control can mean, just ask anyone who has used it. The benefits are numerous, whether its increased productivity, or increased weld quality, or the ability to make precise settings, and fine tune them to the exact standards required. This is all part of the benefit of owning a PowerTIG 210 EXT. This TIG/Stick welder from Everlast also features IGBT inverter technology which offers the best in arc stablity and performance while reducing size and weight. The unit features wave form control, again thanks to the digital microprocessor, programmable memory, adjustable AC Frequency, and adjustable AC balance control. It also works quite well as a stick welder featuring items like adjustable hot start and arc force control for maximum welding flexibility. The solid state HF arc start design. reduces traditional HF component maintenance issues. The unit also features two pulse modes, standard and advanced pulse. In the advanced pulse mode the welder oscillates between AC and DC- polarity allowing fine fast freeze control on thin gauge aluminum, and greater penetration on thick plate aluminum. Although the unit may seem quite complex in its list of features, it's really quite simple and intuitive in design and easy to setup for both professionals and welding enthusiasts alike.

This unit is a DC TIG/Stick welder, and is not intended to weld aluminum, except in stick  mode. AC current is generally recommended to weld aluminum.

Returns
For returns, contact must be made within72 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately.
DOA items: In the event you receive a non working unit , we will exchange it free of charge.
Items returned must be in an GOOD condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that have missing parts, damages, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.

Product Description
When it comes to DC TIG welders, you won't find a more feature packed, performance driven machine than the Power i-TIG 200T. It's user-friendly interface is thoughtfully arranged, with an intuitive design that is charachteristic that people have come to expect from Everlast products. The Power i-TIG 200T is a true digital TIG and Stick welder, featuring a microprocessor control manufactured by Infineon, that is simple to operate, and easy to maintain. The all new solid state HF start improves the arc starting of the welder, and lowers the arc starting threshold down to 3 amps. This unit features a programmable memory, which is able to store up to 9 favorite programs, which also remembers the last setting used on shut down. If heat control is an issue, then the welder offers a fully adjustable pulse with an adjustable frequency up to 500 Hertz for maximum heat control. When the stick function is used, it makes easy work of difficult to weld with electrodes such as E7018 and even E6010 because of the digitally controlled features such as Hot Start time, Hot Start intensity, and Arc Force control. The Infineon IGBTs used in the inverter are well known for reliability and performance within the industry.
