balboa 52716-03 Hot Tub spa pack,
Maax Coleman circuit board used for 2003 630 model spas and other Coleman spas in the 400 Series Deluxe and Premium between 2003-2005.  Chip is 630R1.
Removed from my hot tub, works as intended,  the top side control was beyond repair and a replacement was 5 and not redily available, I went with a whole new spa pack. The heater is still fairly new, powers two pumps. Coleman spa 461, 630 series.

Sold as pictured, two of the cover screws are missing also.
