DIRECTIONS: For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Drink 8 six ounce glasses of water per day. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.
NOTICE: This product Contains Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus Purshiana). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have any medical conditions.
WARNING: Limit use to no more than 2 weeks. Discuss the supplements and medications you take or plan to take with your physician. You never know what will counteract with what and you don't want to find out the hard way. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

RETURNS
~ A full refund will be made upon return of the item if I have made a mistake with your item. It must be returned in the SAME CONDITION AS I MAILED IT (Unopened, unused, unbroken, etc).  If your post office mangled the package, your carrier shoved it into your mailbox and broke it, folded your book or left the item in the sun and it melted or was carried off by a dog we cannot be held responsible. The shipping costs *I* paid to mail your package (usually starting at .66), not the ones (usually $.70) *you* paid are non-refundable for undelivered (you left off the apt number or gave a non-existent or old address), unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. If you are returning your item due to “buyer’s remorse” (you purchased the wrong item, you found it cheaper elsewhere after we shipped it to you, you didn’t like the flavor or the item didn’t work for you or as quickly as you wanted) we will accept a return, but the original shipping charge we paid to get the item to you will not be included in your refund and a 15% restocking fee will be added.
