    Description

Ella's Pine Tar Dark Salve has been used in our area for many many years. Ella was my grandmother, Ella Laird Emory. She was a practicing midwife from the early 1920's until the mid 1940's.  Her and my grandfather also had a small herb store in central Pennsylvania for quite a few years where they sold HOME-MADE Herbal products. We started to manufacture this product for public use in 1999.
Although there are many different formulas and brands of Salves on the market today, we are proud to say that OURS is a product that we will guarantee your satisfaction or we will refund your entire purchase.
NO BLOODROOT!! NO ZINC CHLORIDE!!! COMPLETELY SAFE and EFFECTIVE!!!!! NO PETROLEUM PRODUCTS!
Our formula is one that we were able to trace back to the 1800’s. It has been in the Amish (Pennsylvania Dutch) community for quite some time and used with tremendous success. Unlike similar products on the market today, our Black Salve contains NO PETROLEUM……Contains NO Zinc Chloride.....NO BLOODROOT!  It is an ALL NATURAL combination of herbs suspended in a base of Virgin Olive Oil and RAW BEESWAX. The Beeswax in this formula has not been heated to the point where the properties of the Honey, Propolis and Royal Jelly are destroyed. These three (3) ingredients are a VERY IMPORTANT part of this formulation. Although their quantity is minute, their enhancing capabilities are tremendous
