The K2 Lead Free Yard Hydrant, model AWP00001K-4, is constructed of cast iron and will connect to your existing fresh-water system, municipal water and private wells. This frost proof yard hydrant has a shut-off valve which operates below the frost line to supply running water, even in the coldest weather. Yard Hydrants are ideal to use on farms, campgrounds and in rural areas. K2 also manufactures a Hydrant Repair Kit - part number PAWP00001K; and Complete Head Assembly - part number PAWP00002K.
