taking milk thistle tincture might cause, in some people diarrhea, nausea, intestinal gas, fullness or pain, loss of appetite, and possibly headache, an allergic reaction if sensitive the Asteraceae/Compositae plant family. If you have any condition that might be made worse by exposure to estrogen, don't use this tincture.
