CONDITION: This train car is being sold as New. This car was purchased and stored along with many other trains in a climate-controlled office environment. This car was only opened for the photos for this listing. The wheels show no sign of ever running on tracks. We are not experts at grading conditions of trains for sale. We do our best to list any flaws or blemishes that may be present from its condition when it was brand new. The best way to determine the condition is to review all pictures we post of the train car. All purchases must be paid within 5-days of the purchase. After 5-days of no payment a claim of non-payment will be filed so we can relist our item.
At less item is not as described or pictured we do not accept returns. Factory sealed items that are sent back to us due to conflict will incur a 20% restocking fee.
