Dried or fresh leaves can be used for making beverages. Fermented fireweed leaves are used as herbal tea instead of black tea.
Comparing with black/green tea, rosebay tea doesn't contain caffeine, which have some side effects.
Brew can be used within 3 days (!!!) and it will not lose their benefits. Compare it with black/green tea, which is “become a poison” after 20 minutes, according to chineese tea experts.
Manufacture date is AUGUST 2021. Expiry date is 2 years after manufacture date. Actually, fermented fireweed tea becomes even better through the years because of continuing "dry fermentation". Store it in dark and cool place.
