Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
•       We stand by the items we sell and will issue a full refund including freight charges on any defective or ship damaged item.
•       This is a drop ship item so please allow up to 3 business days to upload the tracking information. If it is urgent then please check with us in advance prior to placing the order.
•       Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives, we only accept reports of shipping damage within 14 days from delivery.
•       We understand that our customers may change their mind after purchasing a product. We will accept returns on these orders only on domestic purchases (not international), although the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
