If your hose reel is leaking at the base, it

be a quick fix by replacing the o-rings!
Replace both the smaller and larger o-rings for the repair. (Size difference is subtle / stack them to compare)
Each purchase includes: Count of 3 Smaller + 3 Larger O-rings
You need one smaller and one larger o-ring for one repair. You can repair your leaky hose reel up to 3 times with this purchase
o-ring lubricant is recommended when installing new o-rings

Please understand there is no guarantee that replacing your o-rings will fix your leak. There may be other underlying reasons your hose reel is leaking. Replacing your o-rings is a low risk/low cost first step. Environmental factors such as high heat may affect the size or shape of your original o-rings. Instructions
1) Turn off water to reel
2) Remove the front plastic cap by pushing the cap down
3) Gently pull the reel outwards
4) Remove existing o-rings and note where they are located
5) Clean the area
6) O-ring lubricant or plumbers grease is recommended
7) The larger o-ring should go on first - closest to the wall
8) Smaller o-ring goes second - on the front
