Spa Hot Tub Heater 4.0kW 240v 15" length for Cal Spa Heat Exchanger 15 in. NEW. 4000 watts.
This replacement heater has the heating element placed inside the stainless tube, in the
water stream, but the original had the element outside the tube, inside the aluminum box and not
in the water. This sometimes caused premature failure of the element. This replacement heater by
Therm Products heats a bit faster and lasts a bit longer than the original. There are no hi limit switches
needed and none supplied. If you wish to use your old thermal cutout device you may, but it is not supplied
with this replacement heater.

This one may also be used as a generic flo-thru heater in new projects of course. Nice aluminum enclosure box is supplied as shown.
Has a capture plate to hold temperature sensors firmly to the housing.
It includes a guide instructing that no power must be applied until good water flow is well established, no air in
the piping, to avoid 'dry-fire' of the element, to avoid burning up the element, which is standard procedure
for any good flo-thru spa heater. The element is a replaceable type. There is a pressure switch 1/8 NPT tapped hole.
