Genuine spare parts

Replacement parts (OEM)
These are often called OEM parts which stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. The parts have been made by an external company that has supplied the vehicles maker with components for that vehicle at some point. The parts will be identical to Original Equipment parts, but they will come in a box with the name of the company that made it on.
This happens as the manufacturing company such as Bosch, Lucas or Valeo will have negotiated to sell the parts independently as part of its contract. These are likely to be cheaper than OE parts and you may be able to use them without invalidating the vehicle�s warranty. This makes OEM parts more suitable and ideal for a vehicle that are four years or older. OEM really come into there element when the parts for your vehicle are no longer manufactured from their original manufacturer.

Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to 30 days after receipt of the goods. Cancellation must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes. Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form. We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply. All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
