Return Policy

Customer is responsible to pay for the return postage in case he/she wants to return the item/items.
Postage paid is non refundable.
Any items being returned must be sent via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your item/parcel reaches us safely. In case of non-delivery we can track the parcel and process your refund/exchange. However, if you post your item/parcel by standard service, which means your item/parcel can not be tracked, therefore we can not be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will not be unable to process your claim (When returning items to us please place your returned goods in the original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags)
